I live in the Tamachi (Shibaura) area and work in the finance and accounting department.

I have opportunities to use English in emails and meetings with overseas subsidiary accounting teams, and I am also involved in translating public financial reports such as annual securities reports into English. In the future, I would like to communicate confidently with overseas accounting teams in English.

My current English level is still beginner level, and I would especially like to improve my listening and speaking skills.

I am looking for practical business English lessons such as:
• Conversation and meeting practice with overseas accounting teams
• Business English and email communication
• English translation of public and internal documents
• Learning using my own materials when necessary (such as publicly available annual securities reports and related materials)

Hello,

We are looking for an English tutor for our 4-year-old son in Kasuga City, Fukuoka.

Our son has little experience learning English and only knows a few simple greetings. Our goal is not academic study at this stage. We would like him to enjoy English naturally through games, songs, picture books, conversation, and other fun activities.

We also have a 2-year-old daughter who will likely be nearby during lessons. She may listen to the lesson and occasionally join simple games or activities.

We would like lessons at our home in Hinodemachi, Kasuga City. The location is approximately a 15-minute walk from Minami-Fukuoka Station, Zasshonokuma Station, Ijiri Station, and Sasabaru Station.

Preferred lesson frequency:

Once a week or once every two weeks
Trial lesson preferred

Available times:

Tuesday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM, or 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Flexible

Please note that I may be working during lesson times, so my wife will sometimes be the parent who welcomes you and stays with the children during the lesson.

We hope to find a teacher who can help our children develop a positive attitude toward English and enjoy learning it over the long term.

We are looking for an English conversation tutor for our two elementary school children to help them develop practical communication skills, as there is a possibility our family may relocate overseas in the future.

Our children started attending NOVA in March, but they currently see English as “studying” and are not very motivated. Therefore, we hope the tutor can first build a friendly relationship with them through conversation, games, and fun activities rather than formal lessons.

After building trust, we would like the tutor to teach English conversation either to both children together or individually.

The children are a 6th grade boy and a 4th grade girl. Our goal is for them to enjoy speaking English and naturally gain confidence through communication.

Please understand that our younger daughter tends to feel nervous around large men, so we would prefer a female tutor. However, male tutors who are especially good with children are also welcome.

As our goal is to prepare the children for a possible overseas assignment, we are currently not looking for Japanese tutors.
