1 What is the "Enjoy Lesson" service?
1 Enjoy Lesson is a site which matches language teachers and students. We also match translators and proofreaders with clients. You can do Face-to-Face lessons, Online lessons using phone or Skype, proofreading or translation via e-mail or FAX.

2 Is any cost required to register as a teacher?
2 There is no cost for teachers except charges incurred when cashing-in points.

3 Can a Japanese teacher register as a teacher?
3 Of course, please register if you can teach a foreign language.

4 I can not find my pastimes in the list.
4 Please enter unlisted pastimes in the comment area. As the comment area will not be translated to students' language, we will check comment information regularly and we will add your pastimes if many teachers request them.

5 I can not find my qualifications in the list.
5 Please enter unlisted qualifications in the comment area. As the comment area will not be translated to students' language, we will check comment information regularly and we will add your qualifications if many teachers request them.

8 I can not register the lessons I want register.

9 What is a preferred student in the "Lesson details" area?
9 You can enter your preference, e.g. gender, age, nationality, in this area. If you enter them, student will confirm your preference before purchasing your contact information.

10 How can I register my photo?
10 Please take a photo by mobile phone or digital camera etc., copy to your personal computer and upload on the "Upload photos" page from the "Member Menu".
Note: Only GIF or JPEG file no more than 512 KB is allowed.

11 What should I do when my identity document is updated?
11 Please send a copy of your new identity document to us by post or prepare a digital photo copy and send it by mobile-e-mail, or request upload on the "Identity document file upload request" page and upload it as instructed.

12 How can I submit my identity document copy?
12 Please send a copy of your identity document to us by post or prepare a digital photo copy and send it by mobile-e-mail, or request upload on the "Identity document file upload request" page and upload it as instructed.

13 Can I send my identity document file by e-mail?
13 We can accept files sent by PC e-mail, but we don't recommend to use PC e-mail due to security reasons. If possible, please submit it by mobile phone e-mail, by post or by uploading files on the "Identity document file upload request" page.

14 How can I stop disclosing my profile?
14 Please choose "Undisclosed" option at "Disclose profile" on the "Modify member information" page. When you choose "Undisclosed", your profile will not be disclosed to students.

15 What should I do when I leave Japan temporarily?
15 Please choose "Undisclosed" option at "Disclose profile" on the "Modify member information" page. When you choose "Undisclosed", your profile will not be disclosed to students.

16 Please click on the "Login, Join us" menu on the "Home" page and click on the "Forgot your password" link to get temporary password.

17 How can I change my password?
17 Please click on the "Member menu" menu and the "Change password" button. You can change password on the "Change password" page.

19 Is registered personal information secure?
19 Registered information will be used based on our "Privacy Policy". If you use our service, you are agreeing to our "Privacy Policy".
