Materials: Pens (preferably two different colors, eg. red and black)
A notebook*
A folder may be helpful for storing documents

詳細: The purpose of this course is to help students develop their English writing skills across several genres, with an emphasis on a collaborative writing process. Students will work on brainstorming ideas, composing rough drafts, editing and revising, and eventually self-publishing (finalizing) their work.

The projects students will work on will include both practical and engaging writing genres: emails, advertisements, reviews, anecdotal storytelling, fictional storytelling, newspaper articles, and essays.

The 120 minute lessons are comprised of four 30 minute parts: A warm-up with 10 minutes of free-writing followed by sharing and feedback, exploring the genre of the lesson (by reading examples), brainstorming ideas, and creating an original final product.

Materials: A pen or pencil.
A folder might be useful for keeping documents.
詳細: The purpose of this course is to develop the fluency of the students across four language skills. This is achieved by focusing on language that students have already learned, and deepening and improving their usage of the language. Every lesson is divided evenly into 30 minute segments, each devoted to a particular language skill: Reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Reading fluency activities include speed reading and narrow reading.
Writing fluency activities include quick writing and journal writing.
Listening fluency activities include listening to authentic materials (movie clips, video recordings, or songs), conducted at a natural pace.
Speaking fluency activities include conversing across numerous familiar topics.

In taking this course, no matter what level the student is, they can see for themselves how they've deepened their use of language over the duration of the course.
