I am looking for an experienced ESOL / ESL teacher for a 10-year-old child.

Background:
- The child attended a local primary school in New Zealand for one year
- Can communicate in English, but needs to maintain and further develop overall English skills (speaking, reading, writing, and grammar)

Lesson requirements:
- Focus on ESOL-style learning (not casual conversation)
- Include reading comprehension, structured discussion, and writing
- Ability to provide homework and track progress

Preferences:
- Good at motivating children and encouraging their interest in learning
- Experience teaching ESL/EAL in primary schools
- Experience with literacy instruction (reading & writing)

Additional details:
- Once or twice a week, 60 minutes per lesson

Hi!
I’m looking for an IELTS tutor near Hanno station to help me prepare for the Academic IELTS. My goal is to achieve an overall band score of 6.0 within 3–4 months.
For reference, I took the TOEFL iBT a few years ago and scored 61.

I’d like to start with a trial lesson first.

＊Trial lesson: 40–60 minutes / up to ¥1,000
＊Regular lessons: ¥3,000 per hour (negotiable)
＊Transportation: up to ¥1,000 round trip
＊Lesson location: café (I’ll cover the cost of one coffee)
＊Frequency: around twice a month

I am generally available on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), either in the morning or afternoon.
