Enjoy Lesson services
Profile disclosure service

After joining us, you can register your profile from the "Member menu".
You can register your nickname, qualifications, pastimes, lesson information, price, area, schedule, original lesson courses etc.
You can also upload photos and copies of documents for verification by us.
The profile will be disclosed to students immediately after registration, unless you choose not to disclose it immediately.
Teachers' notice board service (Teachers post events and lesson plans)

Teachers who have disclosed their profiles are able to post events and lesson plans on Teachers' notice board to collect students,
Students who have applied for our Introduction service can apply for the events or lesson plans if they are interested in the notices.
(Notes)
- *Participation fees can be collected at the event or lesson or can be paid using our Point service before/after the event or lesson.
E.g.)
- Private lessons (at cafe, family restaurant, lesson room etc.)
- Parties (Halloween, Christmas, barbecue, New Year, social event with foreigners etc.)
- Group lessons (beginners free talk, TOEIC, IELTS, medical, law, studying abroad etc. for a particular level or purpose)
- Indoor activities (board games, card games, book readings etc.)
- Outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, camping, geo caching etc. with foreigners)
- Domestic homestay (homestay in foreigners' home in Japan)
- Classes for parents and children (at park, gymnasium, community center etc.)
- Cookery classes (native cuisine cookery classes at foreigner's home etc.)
- etc.

Students' noticeboard service (Students looking for teachers)

Teachers who have disclosed their profiles are able to see students' notices on notice boards, and send messages to the students if the requirements suit you.
After you receive replies from the students, please negotiate with the students using our "Messaging service".
(Notes)
- *You may not receive replies from students if many teachers send messages to one student.
- *You must not include your contact information (phone number, mail address, URL etc.).
Please note that messages which include the above information will not be approved by the administrator, and will not be forwarded to the student.
After students apply for our "Introduction service" (Paid service), students and teachers are able to exchange their contact information.

Messaging service

Students and teachers are able to exchange messages by using this "Messaging service".
Students search teachers' profiles and send messages regarding lesson inquiries or negotiation of lesson conditions.
Teachers can reply to students' messages and are also able to send messages at any time to the students from whom they have received messages.

- *You must not include your contact information (phone number, mail address, URL etc.) or concrete trial appointment in the messages.
Please note that the messages which include the above information will not be approved by the administrator, and will not be forwarded to the student. - *After students apply for our "Introduction service" (Paid service), students and teachers are able to exchange their contact information and set up a trial lesson.
Introduction service

Students and teachers are able to exchange contact information by using this "Introduction service".
No cost required for teachers to use this service, but students are charged.
After students apply for this service, they are able to send "Contact information disclosure" requests to teachers.
If you receive a request, please disclose your contact information to the student.
Students will contact you, then please negotiate lesson conditions and make a trial lesson appointment.
After making an appointment, please request students to disclose their contact information.
You will be able to see their contact information on the "Previously disclosed contacts" page.
Point service

Teachers can use this "Point service" to receive payment from students.
You can use this service for "Online lessons using phone and Internet" or "Proofreading / Translations via e-mail, FAX or Live chat" etc. in cases where you cannot meet with students.
If you receive requests regarding online lessons, proofreading or translations, please reply quoting points values instead of Yen cash values.
If your quote was accepted by the student (including protracted negotiation), the student will agree and accept your offer.
A request to transfer points will be submitted by the student before you perform your task (teach a lesson, etc.).
Point transactions will be settled 14 days after the transfer request is submitted.
On your "Point balance and transaction" page, the points will appear as "Pending" before settlement, and as "Available" after settlement.
You can see point balance and transactions on the "Point balance and transactions" page from the "Member Menu".
Please note that charges are incurred when cashing-in points. For details, please see "Charges incurred when cashing-in points".
Original teaching materials board service

Teachers who have disclosed their profiles are able to post information about (free or otherwise) their original teaching materials.
Students who have applied for our Introduction service can contact to the teachers if they are interested in the teaching materials.

- *You can post your original teaching materials information only.
It is prohibited to post illegal teaching materials information. e.g. Materials copyrighted by other people etc. - *Providing the materials and receiving payment must be transacted between teachers and students directly.
E.g.)
- General (Daily conversation, Travel conversation, Grammar, Phonics practice etc.)
- Business (Business conversation, Presentations, Medical, Sales, IT, Legal etc.)
- Qualifications and exams (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, EIKEN, Entrance exams etc.)
- Learning as a hobby (Cookery, Music, Sports, Art and crafts, Travel guides, Culture etc.)
- For kids (Phonics practice, Conversation, Music, Sports, Eurythmics, Games etc.)

You can find students who want to take private / group lessons at Cafe, home, office etc.
Students will search teachers' profiles and send inquiries regarding lessons to preferred teachers through our "Messaging service".
If you receive messages from students, please reply to them promptly.
After successful lesson negotiation through exchanging messages, students will send a "Contact information disclosure" request by using our "Introduction service". You can decide which contact information to disclose to each student when they request contact information disclosure.
After disclosing your contact information to the students, please wait for the student to contact you, then make trial lesson appointments with them and take the lesson at Cafe etc.
The student will pay you directly after the lesson.
Online lessons using phone and Internet

You can find students who want to take online lessons using phone or Internet.
If you want to find phone or Internet students, please include "Phone" and/or "Internet" in your lesson area on your profile.
Teachers can use our "Point service" to receive payment from students. To use this service, please register your payment account information from the "Member Menu" in advance.
Students will search teachers' profiles and send inquiries regarding lessons to preferred teachers through our "Messaging service".
If you receive messages from students, please reply to them promptly.
Please quote required number of points and reply to the students. (Please take into consideration cashing-in charges when negotiation point numbers.)
After successful lesson negotiation through exchanging messages, students will send "Contact information disclosure" requests by using our "Introduction service". You should disclose your phone number or online tool ID to the student.
After disclosing your contact information to the students, please wait for the students' contacts, then make trial lesson appointments with them and have your phone / Internet lesson.
If you use online tool for online lesson, preparation of online tool and connection testing should be carried out and completed before the lesson.
Please check that you have received required points (Pending) before starting lesson to prevent payment troubles.
Proofreading / Translations via e-mail, FAX or Live chat

You can find students or clients who want to ask for proofreading or translations using e-mail, FAX or Live chat.
If you want to do proofreading or translation tasks, please include "e-mail" and/or "FAX" in your lesson area on your profile.
Teachers can use our "Point service" to receive payment from students or clients. To use this service, please register your payment account information from the "Member Menu" in advance.
Students or clients will search teachers' profiles and send inquiries or estimation request regarding proofreading or translation to preferred teachers through our "Messaging service".
If you receive messages from students or clients, please estimate the required number of points and reply to the student or client.
Give an estimate (not binding), if possible, based on a sample from the student or client. (e.g. number of points per word or character). Please also estimate the time requirement.
After successful job negotiation through exchanging messages, students or clients will send "Contact information disclosure" request by using "Introduction service".
After disclosing your contact information to the students or clients, please wait for the students' contacts,.
You should evaluate the complete document to be proofread or translated before giving a quote for the job.
The quote should include a completion time/date.
Please check that you have received required points (Pending) before starting proofreading or translation to prevent payment problems.
