I’m Jeff Jensen. I’m from Hawaii, which has only 1 season—summer. At the University of Hawaii I specialized in Japanese Studies. I had a part-time job in Honolulu at a Japanese restaurant, specializing in tempura and sumeshi. I came to Japan in 2006. I lived for 9 years in Kansai and 1 year in Tokai. I moved to Tokyo in 2016. I love Japanese food, temples, shrines, history, nature, movies, art and literature. I have taught eikaiwa, juku, and as an ALT. I look forward to teaching you
