| How and when to contact your teacher | Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send a payment confirmation to your registered e-mail address. Then, you can view your contact information on the website from the “Purchase history” page. (Note) You can view the contact information for 1 month from the day of your purchase. |
| Refund | We only accept the cancellation of purchase when you inform us using the “Inquiry” page on the website before payment completion. Once you received our payment confirmation, we will not accept cancellation. We remit the refund by bank transfer, but deduct transaction charges (bank transfer handling charge, etc.) from the refund money. We do not pay interest on refunded payments. |
